Congratulations to the winners of the 6th MIT Enterprise Forum Arab Startup Competition in partnership with Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives and co-sponsored by Enterprise Qatar and Silatech. Results were announced in a Final Award Ceremony in Doha on April 25. Check out full details here             Egyptian team Instabug won first place and took home $50,000 for their bug-tracking software that allows developers to test their applications and receive feedback from global beta users before being released. 

            Jordanian startup Darebni TV  won second place and took home $10,000 for their online training platform that provides vocational and workplace readiness training in the Arabic Language for customers across the Middle East.

            Two companies were awarded third place this year each receiving $5,000: The Home Page from Egypt, which is an online furniture fair, and Jordanian based Gallery AlSharq, which provides Middle Eastern/oriental stock photography and digital content.             Diana Al Dajani of Jordanian eduTechnoz, an educational online platform for children aimed at teaching the Arabic language, was recognized as Best Female Entrepreneur during the Final Award Ceremony.             The 50 Semi-Finalist Teams converged to Doha from April 22-25 for a Four-Day Entrepreneurship Forum.
